On behalf of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of Women in Insurance and Financial Services, welcome to our web site. Our mission is to support, encourage and advance the success of women in the insurance and financial services industry. The Greater Philadelphia Chapter is very active with members beginning their career to members with over 30 years experience. WIFS provides skill building, leadership training, professional and personal development through national and local education, motivation, and networking programs. We are looking for women like you in the following fields to help our organization grow and expand so that we can learn from and support one another to further our personal and professional development:

Programs will focus on ways to build your practice during uncertain economic times. In addition to our monthly meetings, held the last week of the month, we will introduce educational webcasts including courses developed by The American College to provide knowledge without leaving your desk. Million Dollar First Impressions - February 14th Featured Speaker: Sara Canuso of A Suitable Solution Well-known throughout the Delaware Valley and beyond as an Image and Body Language specialist, Sara Canuso will be bringing us her unmatched wisdom and expertise in the areas of non-verbal communication, image and body language in her presentation, "Million Dollar First Impressions". During this program, Sara will assist us in mastering - Empowerment of Image: use clothing, color and style as marketing tools to obtain maximum benefits -The Power of Belief: eliminate negative thoughts and actions the prevent you from reaching your full potential -Body Language: read and use body language as a means of negotiation.
